The pills are great and I want to recomend them highly. I was told from specialist that I need to go double knee replacement, because of my knee arthritis. I want to postpone the surgeries as long as I can. The pills help me with the inflamation and the pain and I can leave active life taking them. Because I have only 2 meals per day I take 2 x 12 pills in the days I have a lot of movement and pain and 1 x12 pills when I feel good. I take the pills after food, chew them & swallow them with hot tea, because swallowing them directly is causing me a stomach pain. The pills a sweet and have pleasant taste.
