More than fifty lines, split between ready-made topicals and the raw herbs used in traditional washes and soaks. The creams and balms include Pien Tze Huang Pearl Cream, Oronine H, several 999 preparations and Tongrentang’s astragalus moisturising cream; the herb side includes di fu zi (kochia fruit), ku shen and the other ingredients that appear in classical external formulas.

Traditional use

Chinese medicine regards the skin as a window on what is happening internally, so a practitioner will often prescribe something to take alongside something to apply. Both halves are stocked here.

A number of the imported creams in this range contain scheduled ingredients and are sold with the usual pharmacy restrictions — the product page will say so where it applies.
