Australian Domestic Delivery

We have an exclusive relationship with Australia Post to deliver parcels nationwide. Due to reliability problems, we no longer use other courier services as we do not believe in a substandard customer experience. 

All our deliveries are fully trackable on the Australia Post website and app for peace of mind. We accept Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes as well. 

Orders are processed and dispatched from Sydney within 1-2 business days of the order being placed (except weekends and public holidays). In some circumstances, this may not be possible so please let us know if you have any concerns or urgent requests. 

Approximate (estimated) standard shipping times from Australia Post are below:

  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 business days
  • Melbourne Metro: 2-4 business days
  • Brisbane Metro: 2-4 business days
  • Adelaide Metro: 3-4 business days
  • Perth Metro: 4-5 business days
  • Darwin Metro: 4-5 business days
  • Tasmania: 4-5 business days

Please add up to 3 extra days for deliveries to regional and rural locations (non-major metropolitan areas).

For urgent purchases, please choose Express Post. Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery but Express Post still remains the fastest option for parcels nationwide. 

Note: Australia Post has informed us that parcel volumes have surged throughout the network and hence delays are occuring nationwide. We are aiming to dispatch all orders as soon as we can so they can enter the network at the earliest possible moment for delivery. 

International Delivery

A subset of our products are available for international delivery including to the following countries (and more!), please enter your address at checkout to verify.

You may contact us to verify if your selected item is applicable for international delivery. Typically non-herbs and non-liquids are permitted for international delivery.

Shipping prices will be listed at checkout and will be shipped via Australia Post International Standard Shipping. Faster options may be available such as via DHL or similar speed service but this will be a custom quote. Please contact us if your order is urgent. 

Australia Post will interface with your country's national postal carrier such as USPS, Royal Mail, NZ Post and Canada Post for last mile delivery. The tracking number will be valid on the Australia Post website and the designated website of the national carrier overseas. 

Estimated shipping times is at 10 business days for major international city locations.  Please note any customs/duties will be payable by the buyer and we take no responsibility if any product is refused entry or seized by Customs of your respective country.
