Instructions

Adults only - take 8 pills with warm water, three times daily, at least half an hour before or one hour after food.

Arthritis assist

I have very bad arthritis in both knee but I have noticed improvements in my knees,there not as painful I would recommend any with this to buy it I'm buying a 2 bottle
