Cinnamomum cassia, twig (Chinese cinnamon twig) 51.4 mg
Polyporus umbellatus, fruit. body 85.1 mg
Poria cocos, hyphae (hoelen, tuckahoe, Indian bread) 85.1 mg
Instructions

Adults only - take 8 pills with warm water, three times daily, at least half an hour before or one hour after food.
