I have been using this on my lower back for 25 years. I find it the best solution for my sore back, neck and shoulders. I also find that when I have a cold of flu it works wonders when put on my upper chest and on the back where my lungs are at night time.It really works. Just make sure you clean your hands thoroughly and don't jump in the shower after putting it on.
