Mentha haplocalyx, herb (field mint) 15.6 mg
Paeonia lactiflora, root 62.5 mg
Paeonia suffruticosa, stem bark 46.9 mg
Poria cocos, hyphae (hoelen, tuckahoe, Indian bread) 62.5 mg
Zingiber officinale, rhizome (fresh) 15.6 mg
Instructions

Adults only - take 8 pills with warm water, three times daily, at least half an hour before or one hour after food.
