Traditional use of Honeysuckle Flower

Jin Yin Hua is described in Chinese medicine as clearing heat and resolving toxicity. It is one of the two herbs at the heart of Yin Qiao San, and is drunk as an everyday tea across southern China.

How to use

Steep in just-boiled water for 5 minutes. One to two cups daily. Cooling in nature — traditionally avoided in cold-natured constitutions and during pregnancy.
