Alisma plantago aquatica, rhizome (water plantain) 40.2 mg
Angelica polymorpha, root 26.8 mg
Bupleurum falcatum, root (Sickle-leaf hare's ear, Thoroughwax root) 40.2 mg
Clematis armandii, stem 26.8 mg
Gardenia jasminoides, fruit (Cape jasmine) 40.2 mg
Gentiana scabra, root 40.2 mg
Glycyrrhiza uralensis, root 13.5 mg
Plantago asiatica, seed 53.6 mg
Rehmannia glutinosa, root (Chinese foxglove root) 53.6 mg
Scutellaria baicalensis, root (Baikal skullcap) 0.2 mg
Instructions

Adults only - take 8 pills with warm water, three times daily, at least half an hour before or one hour after food.

The Magic of Long Dan Xie Gan Wan.

I was given this formula 30 years ago, when I felt the beginnings of an attack of shingles. By the next day, the tingling was gone, and I never got any lumps. This time, I didn’t recognise the symptoms, and by the time I got to a doctor, the medication had a moderate effect.
