Instructions

Adults only - take 8 pills with warm water, three times daily, at least half an hour before or one hour after food.

The Magic of Long Dan Xie Gan Wan.

I was given this formula 30 years ago, when I felt the beginnings of an attack of shingles. By the next day, the tingling was gone, and I never got any lumps.
