Instructions

Adults only - take 8 pills with warm water, three times daily, at least half an hour before or one hour after food.

Going okay

Black Pearl’s Cinnamon & Hoelen is very active. It must be taken as prescribed or by the default instructions on the pack.

My Adenomyosis symptoms have completely disappeared and menstruation has also normalised for me. I’m not sure if it’s related, but unexpectedly and additionally I’ve not had a single UTI since taking it.

Important note, if taking with Iron or multivitamins containing iron, you may need to increase your iron dose or complement the iron with something that enhances its absorption, as for me, it prevented the Iron from absorbing.
