Atractylodes macrocephala, rhizome 112.5 mg
Saposhnikovia divaricata, root,(ledebouriella root, siler) 75.0 mg
Instructions

Adults only - take 8 pills with warm water, three times daily, at least half an hour before or one hour after food.
