Citrus reticulata, fruit peel 45.0 mg
Codonopsis pilosula, root 75.0 mg
Glycyrrhiza uralensis, root 30.0 mg

Poria cocos, hyphae (hoelen, tuckahoe, Indian bread) 60.0 mg
Instructions

Adults only - take 8 pills with warm water, three times daily, at least half an hour before or one hour after food.

My Chinese herbalist prescribed this formula for me for my digestive problems and they helped so I went and got some more and he said yes and sold me me some more, but then they ran out and were closed for a month or so over Christmas and New year, so I ordered them online from here. The price was better and I had already been prescribed this formula by a qualified Chinese herbalist, so it seemed like a safe thing to do. I'll probably go back to see my Chinese herbalist soon though as now I have a different problem..
