This product works for me when I have a persistent cough or when I seem to be producing an annoying amount of clear sticky mucus. A few years ago when I had Covid and a very distressing constant cough, I took 3 sachets a day and I think it helped me to recover more quickly. I was over the worst in 3 days. I'm not sure, but I think one of the things it does is cool my core temperature. It seems to make my general health a bit better when I take it also. I've noticed less swelling in my ankles when I take it
