Traditional use of Tiger Balm Red Ointment

Tiger Balm was developed in the 1870s by a Chinese herbalist in Burma and became one of the first Asian remedies to travel worldwide. The red version is the warming one.

How to use

Apply a small amount to the sore area and rub in. External use only. Avoid the eyes and broken skin. Not for children under two, and do not use with a heat source.
